Building Stronger Relationships

In our fast-paced world, it is often difficult to develop and maintain these important connections with others, especially in organized settings such as schools, social services, businesses, places of worship and other community groups. The Circle process is a powerful to tool to foster a culture that values relationships and provides a voice to each member of the community.
"I feel that restorative circles might be the paradigm shift I have always hoped was possible. Thank you for doing this important work."
"This was a phenomenal workshop. The prospect of utilizing the circle for deepening relationships and building community has me hopeful and excited. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Community Circles

Community is at the core of restorative justice. Your voice is important in the justice process and it's important to shape Triad RJ's approaches in our community. During our Community Justice Circle, you will meet with a group of others in the community to share your thoughts, ideas and concerns for developing a community-based response to conflict and crime here in Forsyth County. The "Circle" is a process for group discussion that focuses on upholding the restorative justice values of respect and relationships, and also developing space for all voices to be heard.
