Teen Peacebuilders & Justice (PB&J) is a youth-led initiative to develop leadership, conflict resolution, and advocacy skills with teens. Open to all high-school aged youth in the greater Winston-Salem area, PB&J meets monthly for connection, relationship building & circle discussions. The process allows for teens to connect with each other in a space of respect and value for everyone's voice. PB&J is led by a team of youth leaders who have received training in restorative justice and help to plan, organize and lead the monthly circles.
