Getting Started

We help develop a customized plan to integrate Restorative Justice and Practices in the school environment. The Whole-School integration is generally a 2-3 year plan that involves developing a Restorative Practices team at your school which collaboratively sets goals and plans for the integration.

Triad RJ can provide initial trainings for the full staff and ongoing professional development opportunities through the integration process, including a training leadership program for sustainability beyond the integration process.

Continuous Support

We work with schools who currently have Restorative Practices programs with observation, evaluation, and feedback, as well as training and support to continue implementation.

We can help guide the process if you are looking to deepen Restorative Practices within your school by integrating another program or developing a student-led initiative.
